Ahoj :33

včera sem měla Super večer, pila sem teda dost alkoholu, ale tak když to není každý den tak snad to tolik nevadí..Vnoci sem si dala hamburger a ještě sem zhubla :D Taková dieta by mi nevadila :D ale dneska piju jen vodu a měla sem zatím na oběd kukuřičné plátky a salátovou okurku :-) Dneska si zacvičím..Dneska asi pojedu na víkend pryč tak snad nebudu jíst kraviny :(

No tak já se du malovat a tak :) at nejsem doma s plnou ledničkou :D ale nejdřív si zacvičim než něco pudu dělat :) Mam novou 30-ti denní výzvu, kterou bych mohla vyzkoušet + bych si k tomu přidala ještě dřepy, který teď dělam každý den, ale jen 20, ráda bych pakještě někam došla :D No tak se mějte kočky :** a tady je obrázek tý výzvy :) -->
